– After netting big names like Will Smith, Tom Hardy, and Jared Leto, Suicide Squad has apparently cast Oscar-nominated Viola Davis as Amanda Waller. This seems like pretty brilliant casting but, as with all Latino Review stories, please take this with a grain of salt until it is officially announced.

– Although suspected after she was photographed at the Marvel Writer’s Summit (an event for exclusive writers only), it has now been announced that G. Willow Wilson is now Marvel exclusive. Congratulations, Willow!

– Dynamite’s relationship with Warren Ellis has already been established, but this is the first time we have heard anything about specific regrading one of his books at the publisher. “Project Superpowers: Blackcross” will be written by Ellis and illustrated by Colton Worley, who has done a ton of work for Dynamite in the past. Along with Worley, Jae Lee, Tula Lotay, Declan Shalvey, Jason Howard, and Gabriel Hardman will all be providing variant covers.

– The Golden Glider, aka Lisa Snart, aka the little sister of Captain Cold, has been cast on The Flash. Peyton List, late of The Tomorrow People has landed the role, which will debut in Episode 16.

– “King-Sized Kirby,” an 800 page hardcover retrospective that runs nearly 40 years, will be published by Marvel in July 2015. Good lord that looks gorgeous.

– And, finally, check out this dope Geof Darrow “Ant-Man” variant.
