Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.
– Joe Keatinge takes Comics and Cola on a tour of his comic collection, including his enormous amount of Moebius pieces, and it’s a very cool look into the world of a creator who doubles as a big fan.
– Over at Barnes and Noble, Matt Fraction shares some of his favorite comics. If you’re newer to comics, this is a great list of books to jump in on.
– Not sure how I missed this, but Jeff Smith’s “Tuki Save the Humans” is getting a release in print every once in a while, and apparently it will also be in color!
– DC digital release “Batman Beyond 2.0” is going weekly and adding Kyle Higgins’ pal and “C.O.W.L.” co-writer Alec Siegel as Higgins’ co-writer on the book.
– The Beat covers the results of Image’s Humble Bundle, and let’s just say it was jusssst a tiny bit of a success.
– The sad Batman/Ben Affleck meme is already a treasure trove of entertainment. Observe some choice highlights at SlashFilm.
– What happens when you mash up “Arrow” and “Star Wars”? That is now something there is an answer to.
