– Yesterday on his site, the extremely productive Kurtis J. Wiebe (Peter Panzerfaust) teased a new project, titled “Hannah.” The teaser – which you can see to the left – shares the creative team and very little about it, but given how well he’s been doing, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a great book and was housed at Shadowline. We’ll get you more on this as we get it.

– In one bit of incredibly cool news, the Hollywood Reporter shared that Ian McKellen will be officiating Patrick Stewart’s upcoming wedding. Just as a note: that means the man performing Professor X’s wedding ceremony is Magneto. Too cool.

– In an interview with Newsarama, Chris Claremont shares the way he always envisioned Wolverine and Jean Grey would go out:

“For me, the relationship between Phoenix and Jean is primal and unbreakable, and transcends the brief interlude of Jean’s physical existence on Earth,” Claremont said. “That there is a much larger back story and future story than anyone can imagine that would, in my personal vision, culminate umpty-bump billion years down the line, when you get to the last sun going out against the darkness, and on the last bit of rock you find Logan patiently sitting and waiting — probably playing chess with Kitty, who’s been watching over him 20 billion years — for Jean. Who shows up. And then she and Logan have their moment of privacy, and the fire of their passion ignites the big bang. That’s my vision of how all this fits together.”

– Rich Johnston shares a very interesting theory: is Grant Morrison positioning Ellie, a recurring character from his Batman run, as the new Robin, not Harper Row? He makes a pretty interesting case over at Bleeding Cool, but it likely ends up just being a theory and not reality.
