Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

Ok, now this is weird: Midtown Comics received, in an official Warner Bros poster tube the above poster, presumably for an Ashton Kutcher/Mila Kunis starring Wonder Twins movie. Some have speculated that this is a prop for the upcoming (and recently confirmed) Entourage film, as the series ended with Ari Gold becoming a studio president, as well as the series’ use of other DC characters (mainly, Aquaman) before.
This tweet from Bad Robot, the production company of one JJ Abrams, makes Star Wars Episode VII seem a lot more palpable. I actually got chills looking at this. Oh, Artoo!
Geoff Johns is promising April will be a game-changing month for the New 52. I swear to you, we had an article speculating this very thing in mind a few weeks ago, but the timing just didn’t work out.
Arrow is at it again, reportedly adding Nightwing to its current season. Does this mean there won’t be Nightwing in the Superman/Batman film, that Steven McQueen will be playing Nightwing in said film, or the TV and cinematic universes are truly remianing separate? Who knows anymore.
In other Superman/Batman news, the great Jackie Earle Haley, known by many as Rorschach in Zach Snyder’s Watchmen, reportedly auditioned for a role in the film. We can only guess it was for Lex Luthor.
That said, we do love the idea of an evil Tom Hanks more than almost anything else, and will henceforth only rooting for him to get the role of Luthor.
In a different sort of Batman and Superman match up, Kevin Conroy guested on Tim Daly’s Daly Show and, as usual, hilarity ensures.
Hugh Jackman would consider doing another solo Wolverine movie but “it has to be great.”
One of our favorite webcomics, “The Bunker” by Joshua Hale Fialkov and Joe Infurnari, will be collected in print by Oni Press next year.
And finally, it is a shame that it has taken us 318 days to link to Kenneth Rockafort’s amazing “Mitographia” blog, where he illustrates an original character each day. Today’s is a Poison Ivy-ish woman, but he has drawn everything from robots to monsters to superheroes and everything in between. Please do yourself a favor and check it out.
