Ba dump bump.
– I gotta say, while I don’t watch the show, this “Full Circle” trailer for the second half of Arrow’s second season REALLY makes me want to watch it. Loaded with DC characters and enough deep talking to drive the envy of Batman and Bane, once you watch this trailer, then you have my permission to buy me the Blu Ray of season one so I can catch up.
– Congrats to Jen Sorensen of the Austin Chronicle for becoming the first woman to win the Herblock Prize for editorial cartooning. That’s a really amazing distinction, as it may be an award that has only existed for 10 years, but it is a prestigious one.
– The “Gotham” cast continues to expand, with this time young versions of both Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle being brought in, as David Mazouz and Camren Bicondova were cast respectively. So…yeah. Child actors!
– Have you been following along with 31 Days of Hellboy? I sure hope so. David Petersen contributed an amazing piece, and on his blog he talked about the references he put into it. If you’re a Mignolaverse fan, it is well worth a read.
