In all the exciting things happening this week (new “LoEG”, the Amazing Spider-Man videogame and who knows what else I’m forgetting), there’s one thing that’s slipped suspiciously under the radar: the launch of Telltale’s second Walking Dead videogame. And boy, is that a thing to want to pay attention to if you’re a fan of the series.

We quite liked the first episode and found it to be a surprisingly great endeavor on Telltale’s part, so consider us sold on the second episode already. If you played the first game through, we can’t imagine you’d be any different. Just remember to use the same file so your story continues properly!

Episode 2 — Starved for Help is now available to download on Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, followed on Friday, June 29th on PlayStation®Network for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system (*North America. Other territories coming soon). The PC and Mac versions of the episode will also be available to download on June 29 from the in-game menu.

The Walking Dead is set in the world of Robert Kirkman’s award-winning comic book series.
