New Los Angeles-based publisher TKO Studios have announced that their first lineup of comics will include “Sara,” “The 7 Deadly Sins,” “Goodnight Paradise,” and “The Fearsome Doctor Fang.”

Writer Garth Ennis (“The Punisher”) will team up with Steve Epting (“Velvet”) for “Sara,” which will be set in 1942 in Nazi-occupied Russia. Elizabeth Breitweiser (“Kill or Be Killed”) will be coloring the book, with Rob Steen taking responsibility of the lettering.

“The 7 Deadly Sins” is a comic book set in Texas in 1857 and tells the story of “one deadly mission.” The miniseries will consist of six issues written by Tze Chun (Gotham) with illustrations by Artyom Trakhanov (“Undertow”). The book will be colored by Giulia Brusco with letters from Jared Fletcher.

“Goodnight Paradise” will tell the story of a murder in Venice Beach, California. Joshua Dysart (“B.P.R.D.”) will be writing the six-part miniseries with Alberto Ponticelli (“Unknown Soldier”) illustrating. Giulia Brusco will color the book while the lettering will be provided by Steve Wands.

The final book in the launch line-up is “The Fearsome Doctor Fang.” The series is set to launch with the tagline “Nothing to fear… but Fang himself!” and will be written by Tze Chun and Mike Weiss (“Unknown Soldier”) with the artwork by Dan McDaid (“Unknown Soldier”). Daniela Miwa (“The Old Guard”) takes up the role of coloring the book with Steve Wands lettering.

Sebastian Girner will edit all of the books that have been announced and his name, as well as the names of the colorists and letterers are intended to be included on all of the covers for the series, with the publisher wanting to credit all contributors, noting that “comic book editors contribute so greatly to their projects and are too often overlooked.”

Currently, release dates for the projects have not been announced.

TKO Studios was founded in 2017 with the aim to “redefine the industry” by publishing books from creators of comics, literature, television and film.
