Are you going to San Diego Comic Con? Do you fancy yourself as a fan of creator-owned comics? Then Trickster is the event for you, as this creation that was created by artist Scott Morse operates concurrently to SDCC and features the best and brightest in creator-owned work as they hob knob with fans and present symposia and discussions for fans. From all who I’ve spoken to about last year’s event, it sounds like a great place to check out, and with the huge roll creator-owned books are on, odds are it will be even bigger.
This year’s event will be running from July 11 to July 14 and will be housed at Wine Steals/Proper, a combination bar/restaurant known for a fantastic terrace and even better drinks. The events for this year’s Trickster have not been announced yet, but as soon as we hear about them, we’ll be sharing them with you.
