Today DC announced that Tyler Kirkham, artist extraordinaire, has signed an exclusive deal with DC comics! On top of that, starting in October, he will be the regular artist on Tony Bedard’s Green Lantern Corps (a brief sneak peek of which you can see right here).
Not only that, by DC also coyly revealed a one-shot which Kirkham will also be doing: Untold Tales Of The Black Lanterns #1 (cover pictured here). A great piece of work, but also featuring some interesting teases in the form of Sinestro Corps Scarecrow, Donna Troy, Ragman (DC is really bringing him back in full force, huh?) and Animal Man as a White Lantern. Why Animal Man? We’ll have to wait until October to find out.
Kirkham’s work is just around the corner, and a big congratulations goes out to him on the exciting news.
