The Walking Dead TV show please many fans with it’s accuracy to the source material and it’s ability to maintain the tone of the book even when it strayed from the source material. With a second season on the way for this October being filmed right now in Atlanta, it’s time to give us a tease – and it’s quite a nice one at that.

This footage obviously won’t appear in the show. I doubt that we’re going to get any John Woo-esque scenes of Rick firing on zombie eyeballs in the show itself. That being said, it’s still a nice little tease, and it shows off the very impressive make-up done by the crew for the zombies. That’s crazy frightening stuff right there!

The 13-episode season is set to premiere during Halloween of this year. This season will find us at the Hershell Farm, with plenty of teases towards the appearance of Michonne, the Prison, and the Governer being thrown left and right from every credible and uncredible source. Finger’s crossed, everyone.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
