Saturday, we posted about Warren Ellis Instagramming an image revealing that he’ll have new comics work coming in 2014. But now we have an idea as to who is drawing it.
It looks like whatever Ellis is working on, Declan Shalvey will be the artist. Check this work in progress piece Shalvey put on Twitter. Looks quite a bit similar – slightly skewed angle and zoom, of course – to what Ellis posted on Instagram. And by quite a bit similar, I mean it’s the same image. Shalvey and Ellis…yeah, we’re buying that comic, aren’t we?
More on this as we get it, and we’re crossing our fingers that we get that news sooner rather than later. We just want to read that damn thing.
