This summer is officially going to be the summer of comic book movies. We’ve already started with Super (not a comic, but you get the comparison I hope), and we’ll soon get Thor, Captain America, X-Men, and Green Lantern. However, the one comic book movie that people aren’t taling about – despite it’s impressive credentials – is Cowboys and Aliens. And hopefully, with a new trailer out the buzz will really begin for the title.
I will say this – I own the graphic novel, and I honestly found it quite charming. Every time I saw the trailer in theaters, though, the audience bursts out laughing at the name. Seems a tad bit unfair given the cast and the director. Daniel Craig (James Bond) + Harrison Ford (HAN SOLO) + Olivia Wilde (Quorra) + Jon Favreau (Iron Man) = this should almost certainly be rather good.
