Yesterday, Comic Book Resources debuted a trailer for Jonathan Hickman’s second Image ongoing, “Secret”, with his “Red Mass For Mars” collaborator Ryan Bodenheim. It doesn’t give you too much of an idea of what is happening in the book other than that it involves the Soviet Union and a revisionist look at history, but really, you were sold once you heard Hickman and Bodenheim were collaborating again and you know it. The final imagery of teeth and the word “Secret” being shattered seems somewhat indicative of a possible something, though.
The first issue is out from Image in April, and Hickman’s other new creator-owned ongoing “The Manhattan Projects” #1 with Nick Pitarra is on sale now.
