Last week saw the re-release of Warren Ellis’ “Global Frequency” in a complete trade paperback collection from Vertigo (since Wildstorm is now defunct). It’s a nice little collection, perfect for anyone who does not have the book in their home yet and definitely a great read.

But for those of you just coming to the series, you may not have known that it was once set to be a TV show starring Michelle Forbes, Josh Hopkins, Jenni Baird and adapted by John Rogers.

And apparently a year ago, the pilot was leaked onto the internet via YouTube. I didn’t know. It had been floating around in torrents supposedly, if you’re into that, but Warren Ellis pointed out its existence this morning and, well, who doesn’t want to take an hour out of their day to just sit back and watch this instead of working on what you’re supposed to be working on?

Enjoy:

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
