We Are The X-Men? Really?!

Today Marvel put out a teaser for the post-Second Coming X-Men world that simply stated “We Are The X-Men”. It wouldn’t be weird at all if it weren’t for who it included on the image.

Psylocke isn’t weird…Betsy Braddock is back to life and has quickly become a major part of the team once again. The one that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense is the twice Avenger and thrice monthly Spider-Man, who is obviously making plenty of appearances across the Marvel universe. That doesn’t even mention the fact that they live on opposite coasts of the United States now (I guess Peter is on the move) and, oh yeah, Spider-Man isn’t a mutant!

Whether or not this is related to actual continuity X-Men is uncertain, but it appears that we will get an X-Book for some undetermined length of time that stars your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
