Our boy Gil Short is at Wondercon right now at the Spotlight on Geoff Johns panel, and for those that can’t make it or watch it live on Newsarama, we’re here to give you updates as we get them. We’ll be updating this post as we get more information, and it will be all in quick tidbit form – not written out.
- When asked about Wally in the upcoming Flash title, Johns said that they are “going to explore the relationship between Barry and Wally” extensively in it. They’ll talk about how “Wally has surpassed Barry in many respects.”
- When asked about Earth One Batman, Johns said it will be a different take. “We’ve always seen him really good at his job. On Earth One, he…won’t be. Yet.”
- “If Larfleeze’s Christmas Special sells, (he) will do an Atrocitus Valentine’s Special.” Larfleeze Christmas Special confirmed after it was jokingly announced at ECCC.
- Johns said there were no plans for a Justice Society spinoff of Smallville, citing it as being “expensive.”
