As if Gambit hasn’t been getting a raw enough deal in comics right now, it seems that his recent stint as Death is only met by him becoming a vampire. On top of that, his first act of vampire-ness is to take a nice chunk out of his beau Rogue’s neck. So polite! Granted, I don’t like Gambit very much so him being run through the mud is fine by me, he’s still our second vampire in the latest teaser for Marvel’s upcoming X-Men arc.
Written by Victor Gischler and featuring art by Paco Medina, X-Men #1 hits stores in July, and the whole vampire saga starts with The Death Of Dracula by Gischler and Giuseppe Camuncoli, in stores later this month.
