Cooking with Multiversity – Episode 1: Pecan Pralines (Sweets – Image Comics) from Multiversity Comics on Vimeo.

You might have noticed we’re a bit nuts for Kody Chamberlain and his new book Sweets, what with our interview, teaser, and showcase of his talent/process. In fact, one might even say we’re a bit pecan for his work!

If you are one of the few people who would ever try and pull off that joke, or you just really like food, then we have a brand new segment for you! For our first ever episode of Cooking With Multiversity, we tell you how to make Kody’s Pecan Pralines from Sweets #1, and we show you how to do it! So for sweet music, sweet jokes, and sweet sweets, look no further than Multiversity Comics as we create a hybrid between the comics you love and the Food Network.

We will try and have some more Cooking With Multiversity’s in the future, so if you or someone you know has a great comic related recipe or a suggestion, then send us an e-mail and we will do our best to film it and make it! We’re already debating doing another episode for the Sinestro Corpcakes War, or even something punny in relation to Blackest Night and cupcakes (Cupcake Night? Blackest Cupcake? Blacupcakest Night?)

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."

Jess Graham

Jessica is the secret weapon behind the Multiversity Casting Couches, utilizing her vast knowledge of film and Hollywood gossip to help concoct absurdly brilliant comic book movie scenarios. When she isn't thinking about movies however, she is playing with cats, watching Futurama and pleading with George RR Martin to stop killing everyone she loves in A Song Of Ice And Fire. Feel free to follow her on Tumblr and Twitter for random odds and ends.
