While 2000AD is known as the galaxy’s greatest comic, and launched such sci-fi stalwarts as Judge Dredd, Rogue Trooper, and Strontium Dog, today’s guest has spent much of his time on the progs co-creating and drawing strips about a vengeance-seeking Roman gladiator slave and a zombie hunter in 17th century England. He’s currently teaming up with script droid Alec Worley to bring back “Hookjaw”, a marine terror the likes of which would scare even Steven Spielberg. Greg sits down with him in today’s episode to talk about making a whole new crop of comic fans and Thrill-seekers afraid to go in, or even NEAR, the water!

Greg Matiasevich

Greg Matiasevich has read enough author bios that he should be better at coming up with one for himself, yet surprisingly isn't. However, the years of comic reading his parents said would never pay off obviously have, so we'll cut him some slack on that. He lives in Baltimore, co-hosts (with Mike Romeo) the Robots From Tomorrow podcast, writes Multiversity's monthly Shelf Bound column dedicated to comics binding, and can be followed on Twitter at @GregMatiasevich.
