In his almost nine years behind the mic, John Siuntres has built Word Balloon into THE go-to podcast for long-form creator interviews. While almost all comic podcasters (us included) are coming into this medium from other fields, John brings nearly 30 years of broadcast journalism experience to his show. We have been big fans of John’s for a while now, and are thrilled and honored to bring you this chat we had with him. Find out what made John go from talking sports during the day to comics at night, who he thinks are the people to look out for to get the good interviews, and what creators he has on his “must get” list. We started John talking and held on for the ride; have a listen and find out where he took us!
