Welcome to That’s The Issue! I’m Matt Lune, and I’ll be joined every episode by guests to discuss their love of comics by looking at the comics they love.
On this week’s episode I’m joined by the art team behind the Image Comics series “Crowded,” Ted Brandt and Ro Stein. On the show we discuss their artistic process, their inspirations, how their approach to their art is evolving over time, and the things they do to keep their work interesting.
We also discuss their favorite comics. For Ted, it’s “Never as Bad as you Think” by Stuart and Kathryn Immonen, and for Ro it’s “The Adventure Zone vol 1: Here There be Gerblins” by the McElroys.
