One of the most successful books of DC’s ‘Rebirth’ era has been “Aquaman.” This is almost doubly true, as the first 24 issues were quite different than what has happened since the 25th issue. Both iterations were interesting, but the more recent one, dealing with the presumed dead Aquaman fighting against King Rath, has been really something special. Artists Stjepan Sejic and Riccardo Federici have taken the book to a totally new level, and Abnett has tailored his scripts to absolutely match the tone set by the artists. With Federici handling “The Kingslayer,” it feels like this second iteration of “Aquaman” is winding down. We are thrilled to share an exclusive preview of the 37th issue, which drops on June 20th.

“The Kingslayer” part three! With the King of Atlantis’ resistance down for the count, a magically monstrous King Rath rampages to extinguish them once and for all! Aquaman and Dolphin must gather whoever’s left standing for one final battle, but Rath finds bigger fishmen to fry as he prepares to sink Atlantis deeper into the abyss!

Thanks again to DC for the preview, and make sure to pick up the issue on Wednesday!
