Batman Beyond must have, at some point, seemed like a risky gamble: a cartoon featuring old man Bruce Wayne, training a new Batman, nary a sight of Robin(s), and more questions than answers. Well, over the course of nearly 2 decades, a lot of those questions have been answered, those missing characters popped up, and yet, the property is still going strong. Since 2010, there has been an almost constant stream of “Batman Beyond” comics, and Dan Jurgens has been steering this particular ship since 2015. We are thrilled to share an exclusive first look at “Batman Beyond” #19, out on April 25th from DC Comics.
