We’ve talked about “Beast Wagon” in the past – we announced its existence, it got named as one of the best comics of the year in our Creators Year in Review last year, got a rave review of its first issue, and we brought you an exclusive preview of the third installment. Well, all good things must come to an end, and “Beast Wagon” is getting set to release its final issue in April. We have some pages to share with you from the comic, as well as a link for where to buy it, as well as the entire series at a discount.
We try to – and honestly, could be better at – covering work that folks are making on their own, without the help of major publishers, and “Beast Wagon” is proof positive that, sometimes, all you need is drive, talent, and passion to make incredible work. Owen Michael Johnson, John Pearson, and Colin Bell have worked outside the system to bring this comic to us, and so take a look and, hopefully, a chance on the series.
