In our review of “Conan The Barbarian” #1, Rowan Grover said the issue was “a fresh, time-spanning tale…proving the character is still in good hands.” The return of Conan to Marvel was met with a lot of enthusiasm when announced last year, even if Conan, as a character, had not been out of comics for long at all. But there’s a certain reverence for Marvel’s Conan stories, along with a tone that doesn’t always appear in non-Marvel stories. That tone was instantly recognizable in the first issue, and confirmed what many longtime fans believed: Conan was back! We are thrilled to share an exclusive first look at the second issue, due in stores on January 16.
