Every year, DC publishes a “New Talent Showcase” anthology, featuring work by creators who passed through their writing and art workshops in the past year or so. While the talent has never been deniable, some of the past anthologies have left a lot to be desired from a reader’s perspective. This one, hands down, is the best thus far. Part of that is due to the trio of stories that we are featuring below.
We’ve got Multiversity favorite Magdalene Visaggio paired with Aneke on a Wonder Woman story, Robert Jeffrey II and Max Raynor on a John Stewart Green Lantern story, and a Zatanna story from Ryan Cady and Isaac Goodhart. We are thrilled to share an exclusive extended preview of the issue, which hits stands on December 12.
