This probably sounds like a broken record, but “Deathstroke” is the best book of ‘Rebirth.’ It is full of surprising, hilarious, heartfelt, and absolutely bonkers moments. Sadly, the book is wrapping up in December with its 50th issue. But fret not! We’ve still got three issues of Priest-penned madness, and we are sharing an exclusive first look at the antepenultimate issue, #48, courtesy of DC Comics.

Deathstroke is back and more ruthless than ever as he challenges the Legion of Doom and continues a bloody rampage to attain the power that Lex Luthor gave to Slade’s son, Jericho. Meanwhile, the tragic deaths of two teenagers in a sleepy Arkansas county lead a local police chief to discover a secret that could cost him his life.

Thanks to DC for the preview, and make sure to pick up the issue on Wednesday!
