When Mark Waid took the reins of “Doctor Strange” with a new #1 earlier this year, Waid did something we haven’t seen much of before: he put Strange in space. The ‘Sorcerer Supreme of the Galaxy,’ illustrated by Jesus Saiz, was a refreshing change of pace for the character, and continued what has been a few years of re-evaluaton and re-invention for Strange. With that arc having arc now wrapped up, Strange is returning to Earth in a new arc illustrated by Javier Pina. We are thrilled to share an exclusive first look at the first issue of that arc, #6, due out on Wednesday, October 3rd.

Doctor Strange returns home to find…DOCTOR STRANGE?! Something bizarre happened since Stephen took off into the cosmos — and it doesn’t bode well for him.

Thanks again to Marvel for the preview, and make sure to pick up the issue next week!
