Ahead of DC’s ‘Rebirth’ initiative, a number of books are getting a few extra months to finish their runs, ahead of the re-numbering/re-launching of the series. “Cyborg” is one of those books, and Vic Stone’s co-creator, Marv Wolfman, is taking the reigns for this final batch of stories, which begin on April 27. Thanks to our pal at DC Comics, we have an exclusive look at the issue’s first five pages.

Written by Marv Wolfman
Illustrated by Ivan Reis, Felipe Watanabe, Daniel Hor, and Julio Ferreira

The government has confiscated Cyborg’s technology by imprisoning him. But they have no idea just how powerful Vic Stone has become—and neither does Cyborg himself! New abilities are revealed as Vic makes the prison break of the century! But even with his newfound powers, can he stop what’s going to happen next?!

Thanks again to DC, and make sure to pick up the issue on Wednesday!
