Due out on Wednesday is “Rogue Trooper” #4, which we have an exclusive preview of, thanks to the fine folks at IDW. “Rogue Trooper,” for those that don’t know, started life as a 2000AD strip back in 1981, created by Gerry Finley-Day and Dave Gibbons (who, like last a few weeks ago, still occasionally contribute “Rogue Trooper” strips to the Programs). Much like with their Dredd work, IDW has started to create new “Rogue Trooper” stories. For this series, they have tapped fantasy novelist Brian Ruckley, along with former “Frankenstein: Agent of S.H.A.D.E.” artist Alberto Ponticelli, to tell new Rogue Trooper stories.

Rogue Trooper #4
Written by Brian Ruckley
Illustrated by Alberto Ponticelli

In the aftermath of the brutal battle for Strongpoint Charlie, Rogue Trooper must fight for his life with an opponent he can’t possibly use lethal force against. It’s brother vs. brother as the non-stop action continues!

Thanks again to our pals at IDW, and make sure to look for the issue on the 21st of May!
