One of the many titles that has carried over from the ‘New 52’ to ‘Rebirth,’ “Red Hood and the Outlaws” retained its name, its lead character, and its writer. But just about everything else from the series has changed. Jason Todd leads a new ‘Dark Trinity’ in the book; gone are Starfire and Arsenal, in are Artemis and Bizarro.
