On December 6, DC is releasing their annual “DC Universe Holiday Special,” full of work by some amazing talent, including Greg Rucka, Jeff Lemire, Steve Epting, Shea Fontana, Bilquis Evely, and more. Today, we are thrilled to exclusively reveal a few work in progress pages from the Green Arrow and Black Canary story in the special. Written by Mairghread Scott and illustrated by classic “Green Arrow” artist Phil Hester, the story involves Ollie and Dinah dressing as Santa and Mrs. Claus to deliver gifts to a Seattle orphanage. I don’t think we have to tell you that things don’t go quite as planned.
Thanks to DC for the preview, and make sure to pick up the issue next month!
