Exclusive Preview: “Hollow Heart” #2

Earlier this year, we shared an exclusive preview of “Hollow Heart” #1, a new series from Vault Comics by Paul Allor and Paul Tucker. Our own Christopher Egan reviewed the first issue, saying it was “bound to be someone’s favorite comic.” So, to say that we are high on the series is a bit of an understatement.

And so, with that, we are thrilled to share an exclusive preview of the second issue, which is due out on March 24th.

As their escape draws near, Mateo shows EL a different way to live: free from constant pain, and filled with pleasure, sex and new sensations. But these lessons serve to underscore the cruelty of EL’s captors and to awaken a new level of anger within him. Meanwhile, Mateo tests the limits of his own empathy in increasingly dangerous ways.
