As we gear up for “Infinity Wars” later this summer, we’ve been getting a number of books that are helping set the stage for Marvel’ big crossover this year. When plotting all of that out, it wouldn’t seem likely that Darkhawk would be a character getting that role. But under the pen of Chad Bowers (former Multiversity writer/podcaster/action figure impresario) and Chris Sims, that is exactly what is happening. Springing from their “Darkhawk” #51 one-shot earlier this year, Bowers and Sims have teamed up with Gang Hyuk Lim to tell this four issue story that is both a look to the future and a blast from the past. Check out our interview with Bowers and Sims about this book, and then peep the exclusive preview we’ve got of the second issue, which hits stores on Wednesday, June 13.
