Marvel has posted a preview of the next issue of New Avengers, in which the Avengers finally join the battle of Siege! As we’ve noted in the past, the last two issues of New Avengers haven’t really been very Siege related, as they were really just two issues about the Avengers being beaten up by the Hoods gang before finally uniting in order to join the war. Now they’re at the front of in Asgard, trading blows and offering you a bit of a background to the fights that we won’t be seeing in the main Siege title.

The issue, out March 24th, features art by Mike McKone instead of Stuart Immonen this time around, who is presumably taking a break before embarking on New Avengers vol. 2. Look for a review of that in a few weeks, and don’t forget to check out the preview. It’s looking great.
