This might sound obvious to fans of FX’s Legion, but David Haller is one of the most quietly interesting characters in the X-Men’s supporting cast: the son of Professor X himself, David struggles with mental illness, but he has slowly grown beyond his menacing early appearances to become a hero. We are pleased to present an exclusive preview of Si Spurrier and Jan Bazaldua’s “Legion of X” #2, due out next week.

Cover by Dike Ruan

Written by Si Spurrier
Art by Jan Bazaldua
Colored by Federico Blee
Lettered by VC’s Clayton Cowles

GOD FOR SALE! LEGION is offered an unholy deal by MOTHER RIGHTEOUS, wheeler-dealer of the astral plane. But is the price worth the prize for a young man stuck in his father’s shadow? Meanwhile, the Skinjacker grows bold. Not content with stealing identities of other mutants, he turns his powers on the Legion of X… And while newly arrived Arakki badass WEAPONLESS ZSEN has a beastly clash with a dangerous X-Man, her chaperone NIGHTCRAWLER is otherwise engaged – giving a massage…?

Thanks to Marvel for the preview, and be sure to pick up the book – either safely in a store, or digitally – next week!
