Based on the free-to-play MMO of the same name, “Hawken: Melee” was a series of one-shots released by Archaia as both a sequel to their original graphic novel and a look into the expanding world of the game. Featuring some top talents throughout the run, Archaia is clearly going for the kill here in the final issue by bringing in one of our favorite writer/artists in order to tell the final story: Nate Fox!

And, let me tell you, this is one cool and exciting looking title. If anyone can get you excited about over-sized war mechs and techno-gangsters, it’s certainly Fox.

Take a look at an exciting preview:

And here’s the solicit:

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
