I don’t read Powergirl, but as far as I’ve been told, the book is pretty entertaining. I suppose for those of you who have been fans of the character since her rise to fame within the pages of Justice Society of America. Never the less, the run of Palmiotti, Gray, and Connor that has kept fans clamoring for more, and with our very own Gil clearly on the cover of this issue, it could be an entertaining read. Check out this preview posted by DCU’s The Source:

Written by JIMMY PALMIOTTI and JUSTIN GRAY; Art and Cover by AMANDA CONNER

Power Girl squares off against Satanna and her Animal Army just as Terra enters the fray! This should be a good thing, but somehow it looks like Power Girl’s got a new enemy!

Powergirl #10 is out this week from DC at $2.99. I can only assume this won’t be directly tying in to the events of JSA All-Stars and Justice Society of America, but that’s ok. For the fans that enjoy it, I’m sure it’ll be good.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
