And then there was one. With this, we have the penultimate issue to not only the series, but Brian K Vaughan’s last foray into comics in general. After Ex Machina finishes up, Vaughan has stated that he will not be working on any more comics (though if that will last forever is debatable, I’d imagine). Featuring art by the fantastic Tony Harris, now would be the time to save up your money for those trades people, because if you haven’t been reading before now, you’re going to want to.

It’s the bloody conclusion to “Pro-Life,” and the penultimate issue of this groundbreaking political thriller. Mayor Hundred makes the hardest decision of his career, as the final pieces fall into place for an unforgettable series finale.

Check behind the cut for a preview of the penultimate issue.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
