The story fuses Oeming’s love of conspiracies with Santos’s love for assassins, plus a touch satirical humor. This is Santos’s second OGN of the year—“Elixir” came out only a few months ago back in April. Meanwhile Oeming has been busy with “Blue Book” and “Murder Inc.: Jagger Rose.” Both are certainly on creative highs at the moment.
