News of the latest comiXology Originals series, “Retroverse,” came to light when we were on our extended holiday break. The series, from Cullen Bunn (“Harrow County,” “The Sixth Gun”) and John Bivens (“Spread,” “Devil’s Red Bride”), has a checklist of classic sci-fi concepts: alternate worlds, new powers, unexplained monsters. We’re thrilled to share an exclusive first look at the second issue, which drops on January 17th.
