As exciting as today’s announcement that J.J. Abrams and his son Henry are writing a Spider-Man series was, they won’t be the first filmmakers collaborating on a Spidey comic: next week’s “Spider-Man Annual” will have Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse writers and producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller, Spider-Gwen co-creator Jason Latour, and “Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man” artist David Lafuente coming together to give us more of Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham. We are proud to present an exclusive six-page preview, which once again sees Spider-Ham being forced to save Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy’s bacon [no – ed.]
