One of the most fun books of ‘Rebirth’ thus far has been “Super Sons,” where Peter Tomasi and Jorge Jimenez get to spend time with the next generation of DC heroes as they bicker over insignificant minutia, deal with living in the shadow of their very successful fathers, and make silly jokes. The book has really built on Tomasi’s “Batman and Robin” and “Superman” runs, and has allowed both characters to grow in meaningful ways, without forcing those changes. It feels organic, and a big part of that is due to what Jimenez has brought to the table. We are thrilled to share an exclusive first look at the ninth issue, which hits shelves on October 18th.
