“TMNT Universe” has been a really nice addition to the IDW Turtles-verse, allowing sidestories and supplemental material to have a showcase, alongside the main title’s story arc. However, rarely has the book been quite as tuned into the main-“TMNT” story as issue #16, which comes out on November 22. This issue features the Triceratons, who are also the subject of the main “TMNT” story right now.
