2021 saw the X-Men reforming properly for the first time since the Krakoa era began, as Cyclops and Jean Grey remembered their goal was to not just provide sanctuary for mutantkind, but to prove mutants could be heroes to the rest of humanity. But is Captain Krakoa part of the team’s ongoing efforts? Our brief preview of next week’s “X-Men” #6 doesn’t shed any light on his mysterious arrival, yet we are nevertheless proud to present this exclusive first look at his debut.

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CAPTAIN KRAKOA? There’s a new hero on the X-Men. Who is he? Why is here? And why does Cyclops not want him on the team?

Thanks to Marvel for the preview, and be sure to pick up the book – either safely in a store, or digitally – when it ushers in the new year, next week!
