On Friday, we asked which of the fourth week titles from DC’s ‘Future State’ event made the biggest splash. We weren’t sure which of the books would contain the our reader’s pearl. But in the end, one fish was just bigger than the others.

In case all the shitty puns didn’t make it clear, the winner of our Poll was “Future State: Aquaman” #1, which took home 36.6% of the vote. While the issue was a lot of fun, it was surprising just how easily this book took home the win. I guess we’re just chum [ducks].

Tied for second were two very different books. “Future State: Suicide Squad” saw two stories that deal with the multiverse, the timeline, and a huge cast of characters. “Future State: Superman vs Imperious Lex” is a much more self contained story, set in a time that no other ‘Future State’ book is as of yet. Each book got 24.4% of our readers choosing it.

Coming in a distant third was “Future State: Legion of Super-Heroes” #1 with 7.3%.

Check back on Friday for the next reader poll!
