On Friday, we asked you which of Marvel’s ‘2099’ character was your favorite, inspired by the news that the characters are returning later this year. The results were relatively expected, with Spider-Man commanding 39.3% of the vote. Again, this isn’t a shock, as it is the one character that has stuck around more than the others, and also the only one that has appeared in a film (in the post-credits sequence of Into the Spider-Verse).
Coming in second is Doom, which is sort of a cop-out since Doom 2099 is still Victor Von Doom, but sure, that’s a great character. Vic came in with 28.6%. Coming in third is Ghost Rider with 21.4%. This one is probably the most ‘futuristic’ of the characters, as it is a hybrid machine, and not just a younger version/clone/same old character like many of them.
