On Friday, we asked you which of the “Doctor Who” comics published by Titan was your favorite. Since 2014, Titan has published a plethora of “Who” comics, covering almost all of the Doctors we’ve come to know and love. And, despite a number of strong choices, our readers were clear in their favorite book.

“Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor,” written by folks like Al Ewing, Si Spurrier, and Rob Williams and illustrated by Simon Fraser, Boo Cook, and Warren Pleece, came in first with nearly a third of the vote, 29.4%. Matt Smith portrayed one of the most popular versions of the Doctor, though it is clear that it wasn’t just Smith’s performance that people loved about the Eleventh Doctor. This was also the first Doctor Who comic from Titan after acquiring the license from the BBC in 2013. (We also recapped the first year of that series last summer for our inaugural Summer Comics Binge.)

Coming in second with 17.6% is Paul Cornell and Christopher Jones’s “Doctor Who: The Third Doctor.” One of the classic incarnations, the Third Doctor was portrayed by Jon Pertwee from 1970 to 1974.

In third place, was “Doctor Who: The Lost Dimension” with 11.8%. This event crossed over between four ongoing series at the time, featuring the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, and Twelfth Doctors, and was written by George Mann and Cavan Scott, illustrated by Rachael Stott, Cris Bolson, Pasquale Qualano, Elton Thomasi, Klebs Jr, and JB Bastos.
