On Friday, we asked which of the swashbuckling cosmic team called the Guardians of the Galaxy is your favorite. While we expected a fair amount of love given to some of the film adaptation’s characters, we were pleasantly surprised that two of the three chosen characters were not key members of the MCU. However, in first place is a character that absolutely is a cornerstone of the MCU, even if he’s not one of the marquee characters. Coincidentally, he’s also a raccoon.
