Reader Poll Results: “Saga” is the Image Series Our Readers Want to See Adapted

On Friday, we asked our readers which Image Comics series should be the next to be adapted into a television series or film. This was inspired by the recent Invincible and Jupiter’s Legacy series, as well as the success of Image shows like The Walking Dead.

Now, some of our readers wished we included other series, specifically nothing from Tim Seeley or Rick Remender. When polled, our staff didn’t bring up any of those books as their initial thoughts, but “Revival” seems like a real miss. We’ll eat that one.

That said, of the choices we put out there, nearly a quarter of our readers chose “Saga,” the Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples series. 24.3% of those polled felt that the Lying Cat and co. would make a fantastic show. They’re not wrong.

14.6% of you tugged on the history of Multiversity by selecting “Morning Glories” as your top choice. This seems almost too easy, as a series set at a school full of attractive people seems like it would be green lit in about 2 minutes. In third place came Jonathan Hickman and Nick Dragotta’s “East of West” with 13.2% of the vote.

Check back on Friday for the next Reader Poll!
